You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your My Parcel Box account or your My Parcel Box master access code and sub code, or any other breach of security. Orders will not be dispatched until payment for the order has been received in full by us. Deliveries will be made via Australia Post or via courier at our discretion.
Please note we only deliver to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide metropolitan areas at this stage. If you wish to have our product delivered elsewhere in Australia please contact us, however we do not sell or ship outside Australia.

Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy
As per your statutory rights you are entitled to seek return of your My Parcel Box if it is defective or different to description apart from any issues with batteries. Any such claim must be received and acknowledged within 15 days of purchase. Once you have received written authorisation from us to return an item, we will accept its return at your cost. Standing authority to leave delivery in My Parcel Box without signature
Upon purchasing a My Parcel Box from us, you give authority to Australia Post, couriers and carriers, and their agents and subcontractors to leave an item which is addressed to your address and which bears your My Parcel Box number in that My Parcel Box at your address without your signature.
You understand and agree that:
once a delivery is placed within your My Parcel Box and the door locked, all risk and liability for the deposited item passes to you and you indemnify the carrier against any claim for loss or damage relating to any item so left. This is the case even if you have allowed another person to use your address and your My Parcel Box number to facilitate the delivery of items which they have purchased;
we are not and will not at any point be liable for any item addressed using your My Parcel Box number or placed within your My Parcel Box;
by using the My Parcel Box system your signature will not be required or obtained by any carrier on delivery of a parcel. Evidence of the delivery of a parcel to your My Parcel Box may be demonstrated via the recording by the carrier of the unique receipt number contained within your My Parcel Box; and
this Authority will continue to have effect until such time as it is revoked in writing and receipt of such revocation is confirmed or your My Parcel Box account is terminated.
You agree to comply with all instructions and user guidelines supplied to you by us in relation to your My Parcel Box, including registering your My Parcel Box with us if required and fixing your My Parcel Box at a prominent location at the front of your house so that is visible from the front door. You acknowledge and agree that should your My Parcel Box not be fixed in such a location parcels may not be able to be delivered to your My Parcel Box. You acknowledge and agree that you must list your correct and complete address, including the words Secure Parcel Receptacle and your PIN in the shipping address field when making an online purchase. It is also preferable to fill out a special delivery instruction noting your My Parcel Box number if possible. You acknowledge that if this is not done, Australia Post, couriers and carriers, and their agents and subcontractors may not be able to deliver your parcel to your My Parcel Box. Notifications
You acknowledge that you may receive notifications concerning deliveries or our services sent by us to your email address, and/or mobile number(s) and via push notifications to your smartphone or computer. You may also receive information about products or offers that we think you may find of interest.
You may deselect an email address or mobile number(s) from receiving notifications or information at any time. However if you opt out of receiving notifications about your deliveries, this will affect your ability to receive our full service offering. Carrier cooperation
The successful delivery of parcels to your My Parcel Box relies on the provision by you of accurate delivery information and the cooperation of Australia Post, couriers and carriers, and their agents and subcontractors.
However, you acknowledge and agree that it may be some time before each and every courier, carrier and their agents and subcontractors cooperate by delivering a parcel to your My Parcel Box and that you may not be able to receive each and every parcel via your My Parcel Box.
You must comply with the policies of Australia Post, couriers and carriers, and their agents and subcontractors as they apply to you and the delivery of your parcel. Unauthorised use
